Hi, I’m Katie - an everyday athlete and health enthusiast.
For years I believed that more training always meant better results, pushing through fatigue and ignoring my body’s signals. That mindset led to irregular cycles, two stress fractures and constant exhaustion. I later discovered I was dealing with RED-S.
Recovery wasn’t instant. It required unlearning old habits, rebuilding trust with my body and redefining what “healthy” really means. Through this journey, I gained a deeper connection to myself and a new appreciation for what the body can do when properly fuelled and cared for.
Now, I’m passionate about helping other women navigate their health, train effectively, and fuel their bodies to perform at their best — without sacrificing wellbeing.
